How the free migration works
You keep working. We do the move. Most sites are live on Pantheon within one to two weeks of your go-ahead.
1. Quote and plan (1 business day)
Fill out the form. We review your site, recommend a Pantheon plan at Preferred pricing, and send a written migration plan.
2. Copy and test (2 to 5 days)
We copy your files and database to Pantheon, fix anything host-specific, and test the site on a private URL. You review it before anything changes.
3. Cutover (about an hour)
We point your domain at Pantheon, issue SSL, and verify forms, email delivery, and redirects. Your visitors see no downtime.
4. Cancel the old host
Once you confirm everything works, you cancel the old plan. Optional: we take over ongoing updates, backups, and monitoring.
